Q:  Do I have to start at the very beginning with Kindergarten Music?  

A:  We recommend starting with your students' current grade level.  Although our grades do build on each other, they all cover beginning basics so you do not have to teach Kindergarten to your Second grader. 

Q:  I am not musically inclined. Can I really teach this curriculum?

A:  Yes you can. The lessons in the booklet tell you what to say and do.  The CD/MP3 songs and audio are all provided for you. 

Q: What is the difference between the Public School version and the Christian School/Homeschool versions?

A:  The Christian versions contain scriptural references in some parts of lesson text and/or lyrics. The Public School version has been modified to secular themes. 

Q:  Can I still get the booklet and CD format? 

A: Sorry, we're closing soon, and are no longer shipping booklets or CDs.

Q: What about the flash drive option?

A:  Sorry, we are out and won't be ordering more.

Q: There are fourteen lessons per grade. How should we use this throughout the school year?

A:  Our curriculum works best if you teach one to two lessons per month with review in the weeks between. There are lots of other suggested activities you can do, which if you actually do them will take plenty of time. Our curriculum really goes hand in hand with other learning subjects, so it will seem like a pleasant natural fit to your students' learning schedule.  

Q: I am not comfortable ordering on line. Can I place my order over the telephone instead?

A:  Certainly.  Call us at Toll Free at (877) 212-7789.  We can process your credit card payment over the phone. If you wish not to use a credit card we would provide you with our address where you can send your check.

Q: I need my order shipped overnight or express. Can you do this? How much will it cost?

A: We may be able to ship your order Express Mail which is overnight or second day, depending on distance and time of day of your order. There is additional postage costs for express mail. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery on time, therefore we cannot either. Please call us to arrange expedited shipping.

Q: What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the items?

A:  If you return a flash drive within 30 days of your purchase date and the product must not damaged or tainted, we will then issue a refund for your order. We do not refund additional amounts for return postage costs. Downloaded items may be canceled and deleted for a refund.

Q:  Is your checkout system secure?

A:  Yes. Our shopping cart service uses the tightest secure protocols for payment processing.
